Delivery & Return
Cancellations or edits to delivery address - Please contact us with in 2 hours of submitting your order to make a modification to your order. If your order has been processed for delivery we will not be able to make edits or cancel your order.
We source our products globally to offer the best value, variety of products, free delivery, and best prices.
Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. During public holidays, processing time may be delayed.
Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, the following are only estimates.

- Actual delivery time may be affected by external factors such as extreme weather conditions, custom clearance (for international delivery), public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances from the postal service itself.
- Your package will be declared a lower price than the order due to the following: Different countries will have different import regulations. If the amount declared on the package is over a certain amount, you may have to go to your local Customs office personally and be subject to import tax. The cost of import tax depends on the value declared on the package.
- Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. After 30 days, your order will be marked as closed and we will not be able to process any refunds. For International Delivery Other Countries list above please contact us within 45 to 60 days. After 60 days your order will be marked as closed.
- Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully.
**If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. In the event that the package is already in transit, we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund the order.
- All orders shipped include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the respective courier within your area to investigate the issue.
I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email.
At Mumy Dady Store , we strive everyday to make sure we take care of our customers. We send every customer a confirmation email as soon as an order is placed and will follow up with you as soon as the shipment occurs. In the rare instance that you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder as some emails might end up there. I Did Not Receive My Order
Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 business days from your delivery confirmation email. After 30 days, your order will be marked as closed and we are unable to process any refunds during that time. Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel has been delivered, failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address entered on the order". Please contact your local carrier to locate the package.
For International Other Countries please contact us within 45 to 60 days if your order has not arrived.
Returns / Refunds/ Exchanges
For non-lingerie, non-swimwear items, Please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your product (the day your product is marked as delivered) to request for a refund or exchange. We strive to satisfy every customer. You will receive a response back within 24 hours even on weekends! If your item is Intimates, Lingerie, or Swimwear, please read below policy.
To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item for refunds or store credit. Anything after 3 days will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Orders placed on store credit are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
All returns require prior authorization. We will provide you with the return address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
We only authorize refunds for all products of the following:
- product received is not as ordered (a different item sent) or the garment cannot be worn due to a defect (for example: zipper malfunction).
- If you'd like to return a product due to sizing issue, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.
- If the item received is not according to your order, we will resend you the correct item or provide a full refund as per your decision.
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business working days after items are returned back to us and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been authorized and processed. Please allow an additional 5-10 business working days for the refund to show up on your account.
Please include images of defect in your email to us. A partial to full refund on store credit is provided depending on the degree of defect.
Return Policy (if you are required to return your product for a refund)
- All returned products must be shipped out with a tracking number within 3 days of your return being authorized and arrive in the warehouse within 21 days from the day you received the product (the day your product is marked as delivered).
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, no smells, no stains, and no damage.
- Returned items must have all tags attached to it and be in its original condition.
Note: Return label is not prepaid, therefore, customer is responsible for the return delivery cost. Once return item is received, we will refund you the cost of the item along with the delivery costs. All returns must have a valid tracking number with a link to track it. If there is no link/URL to track the parcel, we will not be able to locate your returned parcel and provide any refunds.
